Let Go
By Kathy Northup

Let go when fall begins to turn before you
When leaves are dull, no longer crisp or bright
When the limbs of each branch wear you down
Full with leaves who are ready for flight
Let go, let them dance upon the ground
Free them into fall's wonderous abound
Let go, embrace the breeze as you breathe
The briskness of autumn breathing it in so free
Bend and turn with each breeze that you see
Find yourself in the movement, just breathe
